How to Contribute

Prepare Your Submission: Gather all required information (see below)
Submit via Contact Form: Use our contact form and select "Content Contribution" as the subject
Review Process: Our team reviews all submissions within 5-7 business days
Publication: If approved, your content will be added to the archive and made searchable

Required Information

To submit content, please provide the following minimum required information:

Title: The name or title of the content
Author/Creator: Name of the person or organization who created the content
Year: The year the content was created or published (approximate is acceptable if exact date unknown)
Location: City, country, or region where the content is from or relates to
Source Link: URL to the original source or where the content can be accessed
License: The license under which the content is available (Creative Commons, public domain, etc.)

Additional information (description, tags, related movements) is helpful but optional.

Review Process

After you submit content:

Initial Review (1-2 days):

We check that all required information is provided and content meets basic criteria.

Content Verification (2-3 days):

We verify license information, check source links, and validate metadata accuracy.

Editorial Review (2-3 days):

Final review for quality, relevance, and compliance with editorial policy.

Publication:

If approved, content is added to the archive and made searchable. You'll receive a confirmation email with the item's URL.

Total time: Typically 5-7 business days from submission to publication.
